Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping cost depends on where you are located. The easiest way to see shipping cost is to add the desired item to your cart and enter your location. If the shipping $$ is too rich for your blood, you can always cancel the item from your cart.

Q: How do you ship?
A: Right now, we are using USPS shipping. Items shipped within the continental US should arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders placed outside the US will take longer, about 3-5 weeks. If you absolutely have to have your item sooner, send an inquiry to hnydesign [at] gmail [dot] com. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping cost, so estimate what that super overnight express is going to cost before you request it. Any duties associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the consumer as well.

Q: Do you offer returns?
A: We cannot offer returns at this time. This collection is a small production lot and I personally examine every shirt before I ship it out.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
